Completing .. behaves more like Bash (closes #277).
Escape from yes/no question when Ctrl+C is pressed.
Valid XP executables (fixes #278, #289).
Fixed n-th argument yank not working as expected (issue #254).
Fixed prompt colours sometimes not working (issues #279, #286).
Fixed '!0' causing Clink to crash.
