Closes #24636.

Description

The functions setValueV2i(), setValueV3i() and setValueV4i() are now implemented like their float counterparts.

I was not able to detect a performance degradation due to the additional if check (see #24636 (comment)).

Shouldn't the same be done also for ui?

Yeah, that's probably the safest approach. Otherwise we run into the same issue again with unsigned integers.
