The long awaited parser has finally arrived. Note that this is an alpha version of
mr-doc-parsereven though the published version of this package is 1.0.0. Also note that no tests have been written yet. I'll be adding them as soon as I get some feedback. I'm not very familiar withtree-sitter, but with its DOM-like structure, what I have implemented doesn't seem wrong. However, I'm all for suggestions.
