o mccabe, pyflakes (flake8, moved to tests)
o funcsigs, pbr (mock, moved to tests)
o pympler (noseplugin, moved to tests)
o flask/jinja2/werkzeug/markupsafe/itsdangerous/docutils (sphinx)
o pluggy (tox)
o characteristic, greenlet, httpretty, translationstring, xmltodict,
  zope.deprecation (who knows)
o virtualenv (not really needed in there)
