FxA appears connected after uninstalling/reinstalling the app #4902

v17.0(15036)

  1. Install the app.
  2. Connect to sync.
  3. Uninstall the app.
  4. Re-install the app.

Result: The FxA appears connected when launching the app after uninstalling/reinstalling it.

The issue is not repro if the account gets disconnected before uninstalling the app.
