MoveIt 2 Foxy fails to compile when using the debians for urdfdom and urdfdom_headers. The reason is a version conflict in libconsole-bridge-dev (v 0.4) which is recursively included via ros-foxy-console-bridge-vendor which provides the latest version of the library (now 1.0). (see moveit/geometric_shapes#153 (comment))

Resolved with ros2/console_bridge_vendor#19. PR #244 removes urdfdom, urdfdom_headers from workspace.
