Disconnect other clients with the same client.id

I guess there may be security issues. Any client could connect to server with any id, and then kick other cients.

This is not an issue, the check happens after the user has successfully authenticated, so you just need to specify the auth functions to avoid that. However we have #6, that I need to investigate.

A PR for that is very welcomed!
