Remix changes to Rewind Viewer as a new version.

Moved to binary protocol instead of JSON for faster communication
Added ability to specify map size and grid size from client
Layers id now starts from 0
C++ client updated
Bugfixes

Currently it supports only C++ client, stay tuned.
