This update includes changes to how colour rules are being handled internally by Moorhen. It introduces a new class
MoorhenColourRulewhich is used to manage all colour related actions. Among other changes, nowapplyColourToNonCarbonAtomsis defined for each colour rule rather than at the representation level. These changes are required for the future adition of goodsell colour schemes, see #351 and #354.
