These changes doesen't work. Even though the toggleKeyBoard method is triggered, no keyboard shows up.

What have been done:

DEBUG: call gestures.toggleKeyboard() for the keycombo Start + Select + LB + RB instead of closing the activity
Call call gestures.toggleKeyboard() from long press start buttong
- Fix: Wrong KeyCode was send in my Setup. Adapted handleRemapping
