In #149 we have make mariadb to be sticky to 10.5, because of some incompatible rowformat changes.

Once https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-72131 is fixed, we have to un-stick it. this issue is about that

Once the new 10.6.7 and 10.7.3 docker images are available
we can unpin MariaDB in all our repos.

Note that codechecker was NOT affected by the problems in
previous versions... so I'm going to unpin it in advance.
