Description

Link to any related issue(s): CLOUDP-267670

  • First merge commit has not manual adjustments, simply bringing changes from master.
  • Second commit has manual adjustment to fix compilation (in cloud provider auth/setup resources) and ensure new private endpoint implementation is using latest sdk version.

reverts temporary changes that were made in #2536 related to cloud provider access auth and cloud provider access setup

Failure in test groups are related to undefined response type. This dev branch has no changes in cluster, advanced cluster, or backup resources so don't see a concern in merging.
