Resize PSA images

Hi @erciccione,

All the PSA images were resized and changed directly to the .sla files, so all the PDF's were also necessarily made again.

.tif images were deleted and changed to .png. A folder who had ~13MB in space now has around ~4MB or less. The size now is 568,4MB.

I'm still thinking how are we going to reduce it much more. Thought about removing pdf or work only text files. Thank you for letting us know about the size issue., I know this is kind of trouble. I will take a closer look at the monero-gui and find better ways to work.

This is related to #31.

**Just noticed quickfacts need to work in space size also. I will get myself into it.
