Guide for the Monero GUI wallet v0.13.0.4 with new format!

New release of the guide for the Monero GUI wallet version 0.13.0.3 and 0.13.0.4.

This release introduce loads of new features and it's now available in multiple formats and languages.

Other formats available: PDF EPUB . They are attached to this release note (EPUB not tested)

What's new

This release includes the following changes:

• New template! Now the guide can be translated and automatically built in various formats. Read the README for further info
• Added voice for 'libhidapi-libusb.so.0' in 'common issues'
• Guide now under MIT license
• New detailed readme with instructions for contributors and translators
• Italian translation
• Spanish translation
• Removed placeholder and obsolete es guide from /translations
• Implemented Travis for Continuous Integration and check pull requests
• PDFs now have a margin of 1inch
• Remove 'privacy level' slide, updated screenshot and added 'export key image' in section 3
• Removed all unnecessary newlines from .md files and fixed format
• Replaced monero-GUI-guide.md with new updated format
• Added links to localized guides and 'donations' section in readme
• Fixed typos
