Note
Added --runInBand flag to Jest cli commands for all unit/coverage tests. This is needed for the limited resources available in CircleCI which results in tests failing due to timeouts/out-of-memory. This can be removed in future if larger 'resource_class' can be set (e.g. medium+ or xlarge)
