GCBM data preprocessing v0.9.1

This release includes all the preprocessing steps for the GCBM implementation in Los Rios Region, Chile. Input files and expected output files are provided

Includes all the REDD+ activities with spatially explicit data (only excludes non-CO2 emissions from forest fires)

Includes the Afforestation, Deforestation, Substitution, Degradation and Enhancement disturbances.
