bestsource now require libavutil >=58.31.0. The branch meson-6.1 has libavutil 58.29.100, so it couldn't be used. The branch meson-7.0 has libavutil 59.8.100.
The [commit](vapoursynth/bestsource@c25cf29) added a new API, so we can retrieve the track metadata. For the moment, the function isn't available in any version, so let's use the master branch, but it will be needed to be set to R9 when it will be available
