Upgrade Kotlin
Update Mockito dependency to 2.1.0
This will allow access to the mock inside the stubbing.
For example:
mock<Builder> { mock ->
on { method() } doReturn mock
}
Provide mock instance to stubbing method in mock()
Strip methods from file identifiers.
