Motivation
The android bindings try to stay n'sync with the MobileCoin repo, but in this case the MobileCoin repo was back on mbedtls. mbedtls was updated to hold back CMake to ensure crosscompiling kept working. We burnt about 2 days debugging building android bindings against the MobileCoin repo, I fixed the issue in May, but forgot to come back and update the MobileCoin repo for future me :(.
