Compile steps:
#> mkdir build
#> cd build
#> cmake -DCMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE=../cm4.cmake -DTOOLCHAIN_PATH=/path/to/toolchain -DTOOLCHAIN_PREFIX=arm-none-eabi ../
#> make
