Thank you for providing a potential solution for the issue titled [E: Unable to locate package python3-roslib & python3-sensor-msgs (#22)] on GitHub. I regret to inform you that due to my recent shift in research areas and changes in my computer environment, I am unable to further follow up or reproduce this problem.
I truly appreciate the time you took to reply and offer assistance.I thought this problems have been solved easily or its goal has been achieved in another way. Your repo helps me a lot. Once again, thank you sincerely for your support.

Same here, I'm not sure if the following solved the problem:
sudo apt install ros-humble-sensor-msgs python3-opencv ros-humble-rosbag2-transport

Hi, I have the same problem with #17 . The solution there doesn't work for me. Is there a solution to this problem yet?
