MIKMIDISequencer struggles to keep processing notes in time when the main queue is busy.

I kind of thought we had an issue for this already. I guess not. Anyway, we definitely should make MIKMIDISequencer do its processing in a dedicated background queue/thread.

I don't think anything else needs to be done. I didn't immediately close the ticket just in case any related bugs popped up, but it's been a while, and it all seems to be working well.
