Update operations graph and other fixes

I think it's a good idea to regularly merge in graph changes so PR's don't get crazy large. Also Fixes #29 and Fixes #30
Heres a quick list of changes:

• Add icons to graph
• Add "recent actions" to graph sidebar
• Update graph to use real endpoint
• Refactor graph view to use a separate component for the view
• Standardize collapse navigation font for plugins
• Add padding to operations link table so there's no glitchy behavior near end of page when hovering over command outputs
• Add ability chart status to home page
• Add adversary chart status to home
• Add filters and sorting to operations link table
• Add origin tags to facts in fact sources page

Note: Uses new changes to magma branch in core caldera
