What's this PR do?

  • Adds Courseware backend filter to course runs list in Django Admin

How should this be manually tested?

Once the instance is up:

  • Visit /admin/courses/courserun
  • Make sure you see a courseware backend filter
  • Make sure clicking any backend name in the filter shows filtered runs
