Front camera Video recording is not horizontally flipped like Instagram

The front camera recording is in default mirrored mode but doesn't match with horizontally flipped mode of Instagram or other big apps i.e. SnapChat.

yes you need to change some dimensions of the camera see some tutorial from stackoverflow you will get your answer definitely.
