First release of Ply-ng as main tree. Read the docs.
From here on out the APIs are stable.

Last release of Ply before PlyNG

Ply-ng basically enhances every aspect of the system; but it also introduces a database breakage that makes older sites need this frozen version of the backend. There will be no more work on old ply, and ply-ng will now become ply:main. (ie, the main tree.)
