The background net in the blue header of the app moves opon resizing of the window:
SmaRP-header-moving-bg

This is due to to CSS style property

SmaRP/inst/application/www/style.css

Line 26 in 75b6fc9

background-position: center center;

probably taken from the Mirai website, where however the size of the net is also responsive.

For SmaRP, it is more sensible not to have such behavior.
