Manon Layout issues

Tested on Chrome: Version 114.0.5735.90 (Official Build) (arm64)
Manon version: 15.1.3

I used different screen sizes for these tests.

KAT-alogus max width on boefjes sections:

Can only contain 4 items per row, so it will never add more items but max 4:

User top bar navigation, overflowing text:

Finding detail page horizontal scroll not needed and spacing on table rows:

Buttons alignment on forms:

Table chevron down no function: (dropdown items are shown without open dropdown)

Papiamentu menu text are too long and menu falls on new line:

Boefjes detail, "Uitschakelen" button alignment:

Double active state menu:

KAT-alogus text must be settings:

Some of these points were already present and can therefor be fixed at a later moment. We'll create separate tickets for those issues. This is the first, about indentation on the OOI tree view:
