Update spending & income logs after donations, sponsorships, and mu-sig move

This PR:

• Adds a recent GRIN donation by GGM to income log
• Adds Sparkpool grincon1 sponsorship to income log
• Adds 2nd coinbase donation to income log
• Adds a smaller unknown BTC donation to income log
• Adds some consolidation transactions to try to accurate reflect the moves occurring as part of the change of mu-sig addresses. Note that this is not precise, we had some change addresses as well that I didn't capture here. Instead focused on outflow from the main donation addresses and inflow to the new addresses.
• Adds QTUM grincon1 gold sponsorship to income log.
• Adds donations received to the new addresses.
