This update centralizes type generation for namespace and standalone modes to make it easier to reason about and avoid some of the differences between the two modes. It should also simplify future improvements around type augmentation.
The resulting code gen hasn't changed - the changes reflected here are just some constants moving around as the sort order has changed for simplicity.
