Terminal window is showing the same sticky top that the editor window just recently started showing #200909

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Not sure what to caused it. Just running normal terminal commands.

I got this when I tried to scroll up through some test output:

It has a preview? Not sure what the new editor feature is called.

Oh I guess this is on purpose:

Doesn't seem to work correctly then. It's showing output, not the current command.
