Testing #122242

  1. Make sure the terminal tabs view is collapsed down so that only icons are visible
  2. Now make sure you have a single terminal so that the tabs are no longer visible
  3. Now create a second terminal

Bug

There are a few frames where the text label from the first terminal is visible (in the video, notice the ba... in the top tab which quickly becomes hidden a few frames later):

Also seems fixed in the new insiders
