We made some changes in microsoft/vscode-docker#2977 / microsoft/vscode-docker#3478 to the defaults for command customization, and added a new token
${composeCommand}supported on the compose commands./cc @ucheNkadiCode
NOTE: Please hold off on merging until our 1.22 release, tentatively 18 Apr 22.
