The CLI now supports Docker volumes based on Azure storage, we should at least show them in the explorer.

The SDK does not yet have any support for volumes. It is only in the CLI at this point.

Blocked on docker/node-sdk#34.

This is now implemented, but the new ACI integration (0.1.18) in Docker Desktop is not yet available in Edge.

This feature has now been released in 1.8.0.
