Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the translation is currently an internal process that we don't have much control over. As such we don't support community translations at the moment. You can read #15288 for more details.

Yes, it's something we dislike as well, but we currently lack the time and resources to change this. You can subscribe to #10667 to be notified when this changes.

It would be helpful if you could list the languages there that you'd like as additional translations.
