Update how-to-guides/run-and-evaluate-a-flow/manage-runs.md.
The SDK guide to showing run details was not printing nicely to the terminal, as it was not calculating terminal or column widths.
Updated version uses the show_run_details provided by promptflow._cli._pf._run, which prints prettier.
