VS Live Share keeps saying I need to sign-up #282

Title pretty much says it all. Does this every time I try to share or join. I tried going through the "report a problem" system, but that keeps erroring out. Everything but live share seems to be working. If you need logs or anything just tell me how to dump them for you. Really want to fix this.

@AlexanderEvans We just released a patch for VS and VS Code. If you download the latest extension, this should be resolved. Let us know if that is not the case.
