Updated packages.

1. Updated local packages:

   • codemirror

2. Updated react-scripts to the latest version to resolve dependencies' security vulnerabilities.
   Result of updating react-scripts:

   • Upgraded ansi-regex to version 5.0.1 or later, resolving CVE-2021-3807
   • Upgraded glob-parent to version 5.1.2 or later, resolving CVE-2020-28469
   • Upgraded browserslist to version 4.16.5 or later, resolving CVE-2021-23364
   • Upgraded immer to version 9.0.6 or later, resolving CVE-2021-3757 and CVE-2021-23436
   • Replaced ansi-html with ansi-html-community, resolving CVE-2021-23424
   • Upgraded node-forge to version 1.0.0 or later, resolving GHSA-5rrq-pxf6-6jx5, GHSA-gf8q-jrpm-jvxq, and CVE-2022-0122

Tested Data Mapper after updating the packages.
Results:

• Data Mapper runs as before; it is possible to add/edit/rename/delete/export/import mappings and run Normalization and FHIR Transformation tests.
• As a result of updating react-scripts, when Data Mapper is started, deprecation warnings with webpack-dev-server show up in the console. These warnings are a known issue tracked in Use of deprecated webpack DevServer onBeforeSetupMiddleware and onAfterSetupMiddleware options facebook/create-react-app#11860 / fix(webpackDevServer): fix deprecation warning facebook/create-react-app#11862.
