This PR contains the initial set up of the repo.

  1. Added VC SDK as a dependency through git submodules.
  2. Created a WalletLibrary framework that will hold the library code.
  3. Created a Demo test app that depends on the WalletLibrary as a linked framework.
  4. Created a workspace to contain both the library and the demo app.
  5. Added code owners and pull request template
