- revise transport abstractions to more directly represent the transport and storage layer concept
- use same storage structure for both transport layer options (single-host / eventhubs) so one can switch easily between them
- Simplify single-host emulator implementation
- change the pseudo-connection string to use from "MemoryF" to "SingleHost"
- revise organization of unit tests to more clearly separate transport-parametric tests
