Adding a few missing glyphs, modifying PL characters for better alignment and resolving issue with Apple's ATSUI API.

Summary of the Pull Request
This minor update resolves several bugs through the addition of a few missing glyphs, and resolving an issue with Apple's ATSUI API. The new glyphs are hinted. (Resubmitted without modification to PL characters).
