Normally using wsl2, rebooted from an update then this issue happened

wsl start normally
Actual Behavior
PS C:\Users\rtsui> wsl ubuntu
Failed to attach disk 'C:\Program Files\WSL\system.vhd' to WSL2: The system cannot find the file specified.
Error code: Wsl/Service/CreateInstance/CreateVm/MountVhd/HCS/ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND
I looked into C:\Program Files\WSL and there's no any vhd file
