Repro Steps

I installed wsl2 on my computer, But it can`t open again one day. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it, But now I can`t install it again. I correctly update the kernel version and Windows version. Every way I tried but fails.

Expected Behavior

I want to install wsl2 to use docker, but I can`t install it. I tried to install wsl1 and update it to wsl2 but it fails.

Actual Behavior

I can`t install wsl2 whether I install it directly or update it.
