• Fix issue with converting distributions from WSL1 to WSL2

• Remove spaces in g_ConfigBootInitWaitCommand (solves Init process spews grep errors in dmesg and distributions can no longer be shutdown (internally) #10653)

• Update Microsoft.Direct3D.Linux to version 1.611.1-81528511 (solves Feature request: update Direct3D from 1.608.2 to 1.611.0 for AV1 encode libVA support under WSL.. #10671)
