If I resize the Powertoys settings window on the Image Resizer page, the "About Image resizer" panel on the right hand side overlaps the list of sizes for a period, until the left hand menu collapses.

Solution would be to change the breakpoint where the left hand menu collapses, hide the about image resizer panel, or move the about image resizer section below the list of sizes.
