  • Running PowerToys as Admin: Yes
  • Windows build number: 19041.630

📝 Provide detailed reproduction steps (if any)

  1. Open Powertoys settings.
  2. Select Image Resizer.
  3. Resize setting window form.

✔️ Expected result

Controls adjust size/placement to allow full visibility

❌ Actual result

Controls overlap

We talked about this, i think the solution needs banding + have a grouping
