A change to the Quick Accent feature

Description of the new feature / enhancement

In the Quick Accent feature, we are presented with languages with accented characters to choose from. My issue stems from the fact that we are presented with the choice to either to pick one language, or all of them.

I think the more clever way to handle this would be adding options to have only a select amount of languages

Scenario when this would be used?

If the user speaks multiple languages which utilize accents, it's a bit of a hassle to click through the 16 different accents of 'o' when I could just have the one that I need, without having to disable the other language I speak.

Supporting information

I myself, and many of my family members and friends, speak two languages other than English that each have their unique accents and I believe having this to be able to avoid writing text in different languages without having to switch the language input method across Windows would be great.
