Description of the new feature / enhancement

Currently Quick Accents are activated by holding letter key + space and/or left/right buttons. Holding any of those keys causes text cursor to move or create a string of letters/spaces. There should be a way to change activation button to something that doesnt cause cursor to move and our text to change.

Scenario when this would be used?

Text editing.

Hello and thanks for your message. Question do you keep holding down the the letter too? When you let go of it, Quick Accent closes

I kind of agree with this. I would like this to work perhaps a bit more like Emoji Keyboard where instead of having to hold down characters, which is easy to mess up and then you end up with duplicated letters, you just press a single keypress to either modify the previous character, or the upcoming character (like dead key).

For example, it might be nice to have two keys you can press in quick succession to pop up the Quick Accents, instead of having to long press the original character, which risks repeating it. So you type your unaccented character as per normal and then Win+' within 200ms (for example) and it will pop the Quick Accent window, select the one you want using number keys and then it disappears and you can go back to typing.

Dead key version, you press something like Win+' to pop the Quick Accent "choose your accent screen", then you select the accent you want using numeric characters, then you continue typing the letter you want to apply the accent to and the screen dismisses itself.
