Steps to reproduce

I usually tap ctrl to turn back on my screen after it goes to sleep. Frequently, when I do this, the find my mouse highlight will turn on and then stay stuck on until I restart PowerToys.

✔️ Expected Behavior

That the highlight circle not turn on, or at least turn off when I start hitting other keys on my keyboard.

❌ Actual Behavior

The circle stays up and doesn't go away.

I have no idea. However, given the number of times this has happened, and the fact the the highlight circle is in a different location every time, I'm include to say no.

It's possible this has been fixed in https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/releases/tag/v0.60.1 alongside #19263 . Could you please give it a try? /needinfo

I've installed the update and having had the problem again, though the problem wasn't super common to start with. I'll reopen if it shows up.
