Steps to reproduce

我将键盘上的ctrl+tab和alt+tab互换了，但是这个重映射时不时出现问题，无法使用，解决方法只有重启电脑。但是还是会复发。

I swapped the ctrl tab and alt tab on the keyboard, but this remapping has problems from time to time, and it can't be used. The only solution is to restart the computer. But it still relapses.

It should have been to press ctrl tab to switch windows, but it can't.
